Our Torn’a Surriento coach tour allows you to not only “behold the glory that is Rome” for two days and two nights, it takes you to Sorrento for two nights on the Amalfi Coast, one of the most famous destinations in Italy.

Once the resort of choice for European and British aristocracy, Sorrento today is a many-splendoured tourist haven with bewitching terraces, shops, and cafés where the fragrance of delicious cappuccino wafts on the air. During your mellow days on the coast, consider a tour to the enchanting Isle of Capri and/or the little towns of the Amalfi Coast: Ravello presents spectacular vistas of the Bay of Salerno and two lovely gardens; Positano, where a cascade of houses clings dramatically to the hillside around its lovely blue, green bay (quite too beautiful to >miss) and Amalfi, where the historical Cathedral of St. Andrew and its 11th century bronze doors from Constantinople reside.

Day 1 - Sunday - Rome
Upon arrival, you'll transfer to your hotel and have the balance of the day at leisure. Overnight at Grand Hotel Beverly Hills or similar.

Day 2 - Monday - Rome
After breakfast you’ll meet your driver and depart on a morning city tourof Rome featuring St. Peter's Basilica (inside) and a panoramic view of

classic sites from your coach including the Colosseum, Castle of St. Angelo and Trevi Fountain. Your afternoon, evening and dinner are at leisure – the perfect opportunity to enjoy the shops, restaurants and piazzas of the Eternal City. Overnight at hotel

 

 

Day 3 - Tuesday - Rome to Naples, Pompeii & Sorrento
After breakfast, depart for Naples. A short drive across this famous city, known as the capital of the 'Kingdom of Two Sicilies', introduces you to Mergellina, Lungomare, Caracciolo, Castel Dell'Ovo and il Maschio Angioino. Next, to Pompeii for a guided afternoon tour of the archaeological excavations of this Roman city, destroyed and buried by the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in 79 AD and rediscovered at the end of the 16th century. Then to Sorrento. Dinner & overnight at Grand Hotel Flora or similar.

Day 4&5 Wednesday & Thursday- Sorrento
Enjoy two glorious days at leisure in Sorrento. Perhaps some shopping, or one of the optional tours available suits you, or you can just relax and enjoy the ambience of the hotel. Dinner & overnight at the hotel both nights.

Day6 - Friday - Sorrento to Rome City Centre After breakfast, meet your driver and transfer to Rome City Centre. Upon arrival, services come to a close for both Tour Only guests and Air & Tour Package guests. Transfers to Rome Fiumicino Airport are not included
